MActA Refund Policy

If you aren't satisfied with your services for any reason, MActA offers a money back guarantee. This guarantee is available on most MActA-branded services. Eligibility for a refund depends on several factors including, but not limited to:

Type of services

Subscription term

Duration since purchase

If you receive a refund for your services, you must uninstall the software in accordance with your license agreement of services

Also, and at the sole discretion of MActA, your license could be disabled to prevent further use.

Here are the answers to some common questions about the MActA Refund Policy:

What is not refundable
Shipping, handling, and any applicable tax are not refundable.

 

Who is eligible
Annual subscribers to a MActA Consumer or Small Business Security Services who make a request within 30 days of a services purchase.

MActA does not provide partial refunds. The 30-day money-back guarantee is not available for monthly subscribers.

Individual customers who have acquired the services covered under this program for their personal or small-business use can cancel their purchase from MActA and obtain a refund within a set time frame from the original purchase        .

If the purchase is outside the following time frames, the refund is denied:

30 days for Annual Subscription services

 

Who is not eligible
Monthly subscribers. Individual customers who cancel their monthly membership will no longer be charged in the next month of their subscription.
 

Incorrect charges
If you think you have been charged incorrectly and might be due a refund, contact mActAsoftware@gmail.com. For example, if your credit card bill shows that you have been charged twice.
 

Software removal
In accordance with the license agreement, after you receive your refund, you must uninstall the software and delete all program files for the product that you return.
